Villa Maju has joined the family of private villa rentals located in the fashionable Jalan Drupadi district in Seminyak. Just a few minutes walk from all of Bali's best beaches, dining, nightlife and shopping. Villa Maju is a private family villa now available for short term holiday rental for the first time.

This 3 bedroom (free standing) villa is beautifully decorated in a tropical modern design with every detail considered, from high quality furnishings, imaginative decor, and a large 12m pool set in a gorgeous tropical garden. Villa Maju is located down a quiet lane. A fast 20 minutes transfer from Bali's Ngurah Rai international airport. Although "Maju" is in the heart of trendy Seminyak, the villa is very private and tranquil.

Villa Maju is an 850 square meter contemporary modern Asian style 3 bedroom villa which was fully renovated in late 2009. Consisting of two large king-sized bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and second bedroom convert into single beds if required.

The oversized open floor plan, living and dining room area is perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a day of holiday enjoyment. An open plan kitchen is ideal for catering to intimate dinners or serving family dinners, birthday or wedding celebrations.

The Villa

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom features a king size bed, and 42" flat screen TV, DVD player, and a large en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is amply sized and features a shower with a powerful "raindrop" shower head, and dual basin vanity. Mood lighting throughout. The master bedroom looks out onto the garden and swimming pool.

Bedrooms
The bedrooms feature a king size bed, which may be converted into single beds if required. The rooms have a writing desk with FREE WI-FI internet, 37"cable television and DVD player, and a large wardrobe. The guest bedroom en-suite bathrooms are also a good size with raindrop showerheads. Each bedroom also has its own private courtyard should you wish to escape. The guest bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and have ceiling fans.

Garden & Bale Bengong
The "Bale Bengong" or gazebo is located at the end of the pool at Villa Maju. It features a great area perfect for lounging around and enjoying a lazy vacation or reading a book. A Bose sound system provides music throughout the villa.

Before evening cocktails enjoy a massage in the bale or enjoy cocktails in the "Brad Pitt" intimate cocktail corner! The established garden is an oasis of tropical beauty created by one of Bali's top landscape architects. It's an integral part of Villa Maju's warm and inviting ambience.

Dining & Living Space
Villa Maju's main living area consists of the living room, kitchen and dining area. It is elegantly luxurious and imaginatively decorated creating a warm and inviting environment. The ambience is relaxed elegance. Light and airy; the pool and garden become part of the living space. It's warm, tropical and very relaxing. It is also equipped with high speed WIFI should you need it.

The kitchen is well equipped for food preparation with all necessary appliances and utensils. A gourmet grocery store is located just five minutes from Villa Maju and our talented and trained villa chef is available to prepare your meals. The dining table seats 8 people. Your villa Butler will cook your breakfast for you every morning.

2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High/ Peak season period: July 1 - September 15, December 20 - January 8, Chinese New Year & Easter Week.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 2 nights; HIGH season: 5 nights; PEAK season: 7 nights.
3. Child Policy
   Children under 12 years are not allowed in the villa.
